In this article, I will try to give information about finding CPU count and CPU core count in SQL Server.

In SQL Server you may want to find CPU Count and CPU Core count with TSQL codes in some cases.

You can easily do this using the codes below.

SELECT [cpu_count],
       [cores_per_socket]
FROM [sys].[dm_os_sys_info];

When you run the above codes, you will see a result similar to the one below.
