Fixing Turkish Characters in a Text in SQL Server

In this article, I will try to give information about correcting Turkish characters in a text in SQL Server.

In SQL Server, in some cases, you may want to correct Turkish characters in a text.

You can easily do this using the code below.

DECLARE @Yazi VARCHAR(MAX) = 'kaldırım taşları';
SELECT
	REPLACE(REPLACE(REPLACE(REPLACE(REPLACE(REPLACE(@Yazi, 'ğ', 'g'), 'ü', 'u'), 'ı', 'i'), 'ş', 's'), 'ö', 'o'), 'ç', 'c');

When you run the above code, you will see a result like the one below.

As you can see, we have corrected the Turkish characters in a text.
