SELECT LEFT(DATENAME(MONTH, DATEADD(MONTH, -N, GETDATE())), 3) AS [Month],
       EOMONTH(GETDATE(), -N) AS [End of Month Date],
       DATEPART(YEAR, DATEADD(MONTH, -N, GETDATE())) AS [Year]
FROM R;

When you run the above code, you will see a result similar to the one below.

As you can see, we have listed the last three months.
